In Nauro Split, start a bill and choose Scan Receipt or Upload Receipt. Use a clear photo with the whole receipt visible, then check the items, prices, tax, tip, and total before saving. A scan can make mistakes.

Open the saved bill and use its sharing controls to create a link, when available. Send it directly to the people on the bill. You can turn off access by revoking the link.

Why a shared bill link does not openShared bill links

Check that you opened the complete link. If it has expired, been revoked, or the bill was deleted, ask the organizer for a new link. If the page asks you to wait, try again later. Keep the link in a private conversation with the organizer.

The participant has told the organizer they paid outside Nauro. The organizer still needs to check that the money arrived and confirm the payment.

First check your bank or payment app to make sure the money arrived. Then confirm the participant's payment in Nauro Split. A “marked as sent” update means the participant has reported paying; it still needs your confirmation.

Use Profile → Data and privacy → Delete account in Nauro Split, or submit a request from the public account-deletion page. Web requests start a support workflow and require identity verification before an account is changed.

How to restore a subscriptionSubscriptions

Use Restore purchases inside Nauro Split while signed into the Nauro account associated with that store subscription. Deleting a Nauro account does not cancel Apple or Google billing.

How to report exposed informationPrivacy and security

Ask the organizer to revoke the exposed link, then contact support with a description of the problem. If the bill page shows an NS- support reference, include that. Leave out the bill link, receipt, participant names, and payment details.
