Delete your Nauro account
Request deletion here or in Nauro Split. We’ll verify your identity before changing your account.
Request account deletion
Submit the email associated with your Nauro account. This starts a request; it does not immediately delete the account. Nauro must verify identity before making an account change.
Prefer email? Send your request to privacy@nauro.app from your account email. Identity verification is still required.
Delete from Nauro Split
In Nauro Split, go to Profile → Data and privacy → Delete account. The app explains the consequences and requires confirmation.
What happens next
- The account is deactivated immediately after confirmed in-app deletion.
- The account can be restored for 30 days by signing back in.
- Nauro-controlled Pro access is paused during deactivation.
- After the recovery period, background cleanup removes or changes selected account data.
- Deactivation revokes share links controlled by the account. Restoring the account does not reactivate those old links.
- Some account references, usernames, shared bill history, and other records may remain. They are not necessarily anonymous; see the Privacy Policy for details and additional privacy requests.
Deleting a Nauro account does not cancel an Apple App Store or Google Play subscription. Cancel through the applicable store to stop future billing.
Before you delete
Save anything important before deleting. The account export does not include every local draft, receipt file, or service record. Review the Privacy Policy for information about data retention and deletion. Cancel any store subscription separately.
